It is time again to form teams for Destination Imagination. In the last two years, Governor’s Ranch Elementary students have placed in the top 4 in their challenge categories in the Jefferson County tournament and have gone on to compete in the DI State Tournament. Each year we are looking for students who would like to participate in this challenging and rewarding enrichment program. Parents and teachers can support DI by being a team manager, co-team manager, or assistant team manager. If you have a child or student who would like to participate in Destination Imagination for the 2008-2009 school year, please fill out this form and return it to Shelley Walton (Second Grade Teacher) by Monday, October 13th. Forms may also be emailed to swalton@jeffco.k12.co.us . Interested parents and students need to be available for the all day Jefferson County tournament at Alameda High School on Saturday, March 21, 2009.
